The bakesale is the chosen form of fundraising for most of America. We wanted to take the beloved bakesale and use it for our own means of fundraising. (Printed) Bakesale is at its core a series of baked goods, hand silkscreened on paper. Scented with Demeter fragrances (Devil's Food, Reeses Peanut Butter, and Vanilla Cake Batter) and placed into plastic baggies decorated with curled ribbon, each baked good was sold for $.50 to $1.00 at a series of bakesales. These bakesales were held in an attempt to start a private Baking Club for ourselves.
